Made it in!....beat Kazakhstan in two games. Just came from our meeting tonight, and we play Brazil........awesome.

On another note, walked around today. Lots of bars and shops and massage places. Really cheap! Great food so far.
Phuket is a pretty awesome place so far.

So after our 3 hour plane ride to Bangkok, we had a half hour delay to depart to Phuket, an hour plane ride to Phuket, then an hour ride to our hotel, we are here!!

back to traveling

After a 14 hour plane ride to Hong Kong, two hour plane ride to Manila, lunch, 2 TV interviews, we are now at the Manila Aiport, getting ready for a 3 hour plane ride to Bangkok, then about an hour ride to Phuket we will be there! We have Tuesday to rest and practice and then play on Wednesday.....why did i leave home?.........oh yeah...olympics :)

finally

I know, it's been awhile since i've blogged. It's been great being home, knowing that we won't be traveling for a good 3 weeks. Filamfest was great! Ate some good filipino food, and signed some pictures and talked to people, trying to network. Hopefully something will come of it. Other than training and trying to find sponsors, my fiance and I are in the process of moving! We are in Carson right now, and moving to Redondo Beach area, which is closer to my fiance's work and of course closer to the beach for me to train, since we have one car. Also, another exciting thing going on is that the fiance's sister and family, and fiance's mom are coming to town in about 2 weeks, and we are having a dinner with my fam, so they can all finally meet. BUM BUM BUUM!
Also, watched "Into The Wild" last night...very good movie, i recommend it!

Home again

Yay!!.....we go home on Monday morning, and we are here for almost a month! Just chilling right now, trying to get over a cold. This Saturday, we will be making an appearance at a Filipino Festival in San Diego. check out the site....it's www.filamfest.com
